MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

Opening order: $250 / Re-Order: $150
Please order by case quantities. 3 qty / case (Diffusers 4 qty /case)

Additional Discounts: If your order is more than $3000, there will be additional discount. This offer is only for orders directly purchased from AYDRY & Co.

Payment by Bank Wire Transfer - If your order is more than $3000, there will be extra 5% OFF discount. Any orders $5000+, there will be extra 10% OFF discount. The discount will be appeared on the invoice.
*Please be responsible for all banking fees associated with wire transfer.
Payment by Credit Card - If your order is more than $3000, there will be extra 2% OFF discount. Any orders $5000+, there will be extra 7% OFF discount. The discount will be appeared on the invoice.

How long will it take for my order to process?

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Due to high volume during the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order. We appreciate your patience!

Can I cancel my wholesale order?

Yes. To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Method & Fees

We use UPS for domestic orders, and USPS for international orders for shipping unless otherwise instructed. Packing materials and handling fees are included in the shipping total.

International Shipping

Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

Using your forwarder to pick up your order

If you'd like to arrange a pickup at our location on your end, please make sure to arrange it as "Fragile" and "Temperature Sensitive (especially summer time)" shipment. If your order comes out to be more than 7 shipping boxes, we put them on pallet for secure transportation. Since our products are fragile items, pallet is not stackable.

If there are any missing/damaged products or packages during the shipment, please directly contact your shipping company.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 10 days from the shipping date. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on used or opened items. Please email at info@aydry.com to obtain a return authorization.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep all of the original packaging and broken products and notify us immediately.

We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS

It is important to burn the candle until you achieve a full melt pool of wax when you burn your candle for the first time. The wax will be melted completely to the sides of the container. This allows the candle to establish a full melt pool with a good scent throw. If a candle isn’t given the proper memory burn, it will tunnel down the center.

Why should I trim the wick in my candle?

ALWAYS TRIM THE BURNT ASH ON THE WICK BEFORE RELIGHTING. Keeping your wick properly trimmed will keep the flame under control for a cleaner burn and will prevent your candle from smoking. You can use a wick trimmer or nail clippers to trim.

High Flame & Black Smoke?

Extinguish flame and trim wick to 1/8”.

WARNING

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
Burn Candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
Keep wooden wick centered & trim to 1/8” - 3/16” each time candle is lit.
Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Do not burn the candle more than 4 hours at a time.
Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.
