Shopping & Shipping
Orders over $75 within the United States ship complimentary. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.
We process orders Monday through Friday, in the sequence received. Our studio remains closed on weekends.
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, with processing taking approximately 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically follows within 3 to 5 business days of shipment, though this may vary depending on your location, and occasional courier delays may extend this window further.
We're unable to ship to PO boxes or temporary addresses, including hotels.
Once an order has left our studio, we're unable to accommodate changes to delivery date or address, as this falls outside our control.
Every shipment includes tracking. Should a package show as delivered but not arrive, please contact the carrier directly, as we're unable to replace items lost or stolen after delivery.
We want you to enjoy your candles in perfect condition. However, during warm or hot weather, there is a risk that candles may soften, sweat, or melt while in transit especially if packages are left outside in direct sunlight for an extended time.
Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we unfortunately have no control over how it is handled or stored during shipping and delivery. Shipping carriers and shipping insurance do not cover melted candles during transit, as candles are considered perishable items and naturally sensitive to temperature.
We strongly encourage you to order with this in mind during the warmer months. If possible, please track your shipment closely and bring it inside as soon as it is delivered to help prevent heat damage.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Each AYDRY & Co. piece is made with care in small batches, which shapes how we approach returns.
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. As fragrance is deeply personal, we're unable to accept returns based on individual scent preference. Sale items are final and not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged in transit
Please reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order details, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll begin your replacement right away.
A note on purchase origin
Returns and exchanges are honored only for items purchased directly through aydry.com. We're unable to process returns or exchanges for products purchased through another retailer.
For anything beyond this, we're always reachable at info@aydry.com.
At this time, AYDRY & Co. ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
We care deeply about delivering your order safely while minimizing our impact on the environment. Shipping fragile items, especially glass, requires durable and protective materials to ensure your products arrive intact.
We have tested sustainable materials such as starch-based foams and paper supplies in the past. However, because we ship from a region with frequent rain and high humidity, we found that these materials did not provide sufficient protection for delicate products — sometimes resulting in damage and additional waste.
While we currently use a mix of protective materials, including some plastic-based supplies, we are actively researching and testing more sustainable options that are safe, reliable, and better for the planet.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to improve our packaging practices. If you have suggestions or know of innovative materials we should consider, please feel free to reach out. Your input truly helps us move forward.
Please be advised that sale prices are applicable only during the specified promotional period.
We are unable to accommodate price adjustments on previous orders.
All sales on discounted items are considered final, and returns are not applicable.
Candle Care
- For a cleaner burn, trim wick before each use.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
- Burn candle within sight.- Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
- Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.
- Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains.
Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.
As the weather warms up during the spring and summer months, you may notice small beads of oil on the surface of your candle. This is a natural occurrence in candles made with natural wax and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
To minimize sweating, we recommend storing your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. If sweating occurs, simply blot the excess oil with a paper towel before lighting.
To get the best experience from your candle, please follow these simple tips:
- First Burn Let the candle burn until the entire surface melts to the edge. This helps prevent tunneling and encourages an even, long-lasting burn.
- Trim Your Wick Before each use, trim the wick to about ¼ inch. This helps control the flame and reduces soot.
- Wooden Wick Notes Wooden wicks burn differently from cotton wicks. Flame size may vary—this is normal. A smaller flame is fine as long as the candle stays lit.
- Weak or Flooded Flame? If the flame seems weak or the wick is drowning in wax, carefully pour out a small amount of melted wax into a heat-safe container (never down the drain). Allow the candle to cool before relighting.
- Safety First Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Storage
Due to the natural ingredients we use in our products, you may observe discolorations (yellowing) over time. This is a natural chemical reaction and will not impact the scent or performance of our products. To maintain their quality, we avoid using chemical stabilizers.
It's important to store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer room temperatures, you may notice tiny puddles of oil on top of the candle. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and not a defect.
