How long will it take for my order to process?

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Due to high volume during the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order. We appreciate your patience!

Can I cancel my wholesale order?

Yes. To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee from the invoice total.

Shipping Method & Fees

We use UPS for domestic orders, and USPS or forwarder pickup for international orders for shipping unless otherwise instructed. Packing materials and handling fees are included in the shipping total.

International Customers

Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

Using your forwarding company or forwarder address

If there are any missing/damaged products or packages during the shipment, please directly contact your shipping company.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 10 days from the shipping date. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on used or opened items. Please email at wholesale@aydry.com to obtain a return authorization.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep all of the original packaging and broken products and notify us immediately.

We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS

[WOODEN WICK CANDLES]
Trim wick to 1/8" (3.2mm) before each use.

[COTTON WICK CANDLES] 
Trim wick to 1/4" (6mm) before each use.

You can use a wick trimmer or nail clippers to trim.

WARNING

For a cleaner burn, trim wick before each use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
Burn Candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.

Storage of products

Due to the nature of ingredients that we use for our products, you may notice discolorations (yellowing) over time. It's a natural chemical reaction and will not affect the scent or the performance of products.

We try to keep our products as natural as possible, so we don't use a chemical stabilizer in them.

Please note that products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Third Party Platforms

AYDRY & Co. doesn't allow any companies to resell our products on third party platforms such as Amazon and Ebay.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.

Can I cancel my wholesale order?

Yes. To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order.

If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee from the invoice total.

This policy is applied to international distribution orders as well. Deposit is non refundable after your order is being processed.

How do I return an item?

We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the product for further instructions. 

Due to the nature of AYDRY & Co. products, we can accept returns for damaged or defective products only. These returns must be processed within 14 days of your receipt of the product and require proof of purchase (order number or order receipt). 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken products and packaging. We'll get started on your replacement order. 

Only products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept products purchased from another company for an exchange or refund.
