Politique de remboursement

Due to the nature of AYDRY & Co. products, we can accept returns for damaged or defective products only. These returns must be processed within 30 days of your receipt of the product and require proof of purchase (order number or order receipt). Please note that we can not accept returns for a dislike of the scent based on personal preference of fragrance. Sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us for further instructions. 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken products and packaging. We'll get started on your replacement order. 

Only products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept products purchased from another retail store for an exchange or refund.
