Shipping fees

US: Flat $5 (Free shipping on orders over $50)

Canada: Flat $15

The rest of the world: Flat $35

Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. We are closed on the weekends.

US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing time is approx. 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time is approx. 3 to 5 business days once shipped, but delays from the courier can happen.

Please do not use PO box or hotel (temporary) address as your shipping address.

Please understand that we are not responsible for any delivery changes such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address".

Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the postal carrier directly. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.

International customers

International orders are shipped via USPS International. Delivery time is approx. 6 to 10 business days once shipped.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur. The refusing of a package is subjected to non refund. The package will be abandoned.

It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier if they need additional information or charges.

Parcel forwarding service

You may use a parcel forwarding service's address to ship to your country at your own risk.

If there are any missing/damaged products or packages during the shipment, please contact your forwarding company directly.

Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier if they need additional information or charges.

Gift message service

Make your recipient special by surprising them with a gift message.

You are welcome to include a message on the product page. Once you click the "Add A Gift Message Button," you can edit your message in a pop-up. This message will be sent to the recipient via email or SMS, and it's a complimentary service.

Please note that there is a limit of one message per order.

Return & refund

Due to the nature of AYDRY & Co. products, we can accept returns for damaged or defective products only. Please note that we can not accept returns for a dislike of the scent based on personal preference of fragrance. Sale items are non-returnable.

These returns must be processed within 14 days of your receipt of the product and require proof of purchase (order number or order receipt). Please contact us for further instructions. 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken products and packaging. We'll get started on your replacement order. 

Only products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept products purchased from another retail store for an exchange or refund.

Candle care

For a cleaner burn, trim wick to 3/16" (5mm) before each use.

- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

- Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.

- Burn candle within sight.- Keep away from drafts and vibrations.

- Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

- Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.

- Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains.

Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.

Storage

Due to the nature of ingredients that we use for our products, you may notice discolorations (yellowing) over time. It's a natural chemical reaction and will not affect the scent or the performance of products.

We try to keep our products as natural as possible, so we don't use a chemical stabilizer in them. Please note that products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Commonly when the room temperature gets warmer, you may find tiny puddles of oil on top of the candle. It is a natural characteristic of soy wax, not a defect.
