For wholesale orders, you have the option to place them through our partner's website or directly with us at wholesale@aydry.com.

If you opt to order directly, kindly send an email with the list of products, corresponding quantities, and your company's shipping information. Upon receipt of your order request, we will promptly generate and send you an invoice. Please ensure that payment is submitted within a 5-day period.

Cancellation requests will be considered if submitted within three business days of order receipt. It is important to be aware that all orders are custom-made.

In the event that you find it necessary to cancel your order after the commencement of production, please be advised that the payment is non-refundable.

We process orders on weekdays, Monday through Friday, in the sequence they are received, and our operations are closed during weekends. For shipments within the United States, we utilize UPS or USPS. The standard processing time for wholesale orders is typically 5 to 7 business days, with the possibility of extended durations during peak seasons. Following dispatch, delivery typically requires approximately 3 to 5 business days. It's important to note that courier-related delays may occur.

Here are some crucial points to remember:

• Shipping fees will be indicated on the invoice.
• Kindly refrain from using PO boxes or temporary addresses for shipping.
• We are not liable for changes in delivery preferences, such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address."
• Once a package is dispatched, tracking information is beyond our control. If a package is tracked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

For international orders, we typically utilize UPS or USPS International for shipping, unless alternative methods are specifically requested. Estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 business days once shipped.

Please note:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for these additional costs if they occur.
• Refusing a package is subject to a non-refundable status, and the package will be abandoned.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier for any additional information or charges.

Please feel free to arrange for your preferred shipping company to collect your order from our location.

In the event of any missing or damaged products or packages during transit, we kindly ask that you reach out to your chosen shipping provider directly. Please be aware that once your order departs from our facility, we cannot accept responsibility for any incidents that occur during transit.

Keep in mind that every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and you will be responsible for these additional costs if they occur.

Using a parcel forwarding service's address to ship to your country is at your own risk.

If there are any missing or damaged products or packages during shipment, please contact your forwarding company directly.

Due to the nature of AYDRY & Co. products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please be aware that returns based on personal scent preferences are not eligible. Sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, please process the request within 14 days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Contact us at info@aydry.com for further instructions.

In the event that your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your information, a description of the damage, and photos of the broken products and packaging. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement order.

For a cleaner burn, trim wick before each use.

- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

- Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.

- Burn candle within sight.- Keep away from drafts and vibrations.

- Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

- Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.

- Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains.

Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.

Due to the natural ingredients we use in our products, you may observe discolorations (yellowing) over time. This is a natural chemical reaction and will not impact the scent or performance of our products. To maintain their quality, we avoid using chemical stabilizers.

It's important to store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer room temperatures, you may notice tiny puddles of oil on top of the candle. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and not a defect.
